An edition of 5 Damascus slicers. The springy Swedish Steels used in these blades were originally developed for bandsaw blades and are known for their edge retention and for being tough and hard wearing.
These are great for carving and slicing or filleting fish or meat. Fitted with an ergonomic handle made from Wenge with an Oak ferrule.

A limited run of 10 Funiyaki knives. Each blade has been laminated with 200 layers of Nickel and Iron with a Blue Paper Steel core. The grind is stepped and the edge has been thinned to a micro bevel for exceptional cutting performance. The Nickel and Iron Damascus cladding is not only beautiful but enhances the quality by reducing carbon diffusion during the forging process, giving optimal steel performance as well as being less reactive for easy maintenance.
